Personalized Counselling

For individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, life transitions, identity shifts, and periods of feeling stuck or misaligned.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful exploration. Counselling with me is a space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface - not just in your thoughts, but in the patterns & strategies shaped by your experiences and relationships.

Together, we will explore the beliefs, expectations, and survival strategies that once made sense, but may now feel exhausting or limiting. This is not about “self-improvement”, it’s about understanding yourself more clearly so you can respond with greater flexibility and intention.

To support this work, I integrate different frameworks depending on your needs. These may include:

  • Cognitive and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & REBT) to examine and loosen rigid beliefs contributing to distress.

  • Somatic and mindfulness-based practices to build awareness of emotional and physiological patterns.

  • Parts-informed or inner child work to gently explore younger adaptations with care and curiosity.

  • Existential approaches to clarify meaning, identity, and choice.

  • Values-based and self-compassion work to support alignment with what genuinely matters to you.

Our work together will always remain collaborative and grounded in the belief that you make sense in context. Rather than eliminating parts of you, we focus on understanding the protective strategies at play. From that understanding, space begins to open between what happens and how you respond, allowing for a more rooted and intentional choice forward.
