Booking a Counselling Session

What to Expect:

Step 1: FREE Consultation - 15 Min

This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to briefly connect and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. A strong therapeutic relationship is foundational, and this consult gives you space to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and get a sense of how I work.

There is no pressure or expectation, just a chance to see whether the work we will embark on feels clear and aligned for you.

Step 2: Intake Session $160 - 90 Min

The intake session lays the foundation for our work together. We’ll review consent and practical details, then spend time exploring what has led you here and what you hope to shift or understand more clearly.

This longer session allows us to move at a thoughtful pace and begin identifying patterns, goals, and areas of focus in a way that feels grounded and collaborative.

Step 3: Regular Sessions $135 - 50 Min

Ongoing sessions are shaped by what feels most relevant in the moment. We may reflect on experiences from the week, explore recurring patterns, deepen emotional understanding, or integrate practical tools when helpful.

Our work will evolve over time, guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels meaningful to address.
